XS Anti-Vandal Modular Sectional Buildings

Our XS or Xtra Span building range is a high-quality modular system comprising of an all steel design with eco-friendly features. These buildings offer larger spans than or CS range providing larger open spaces along with high levels of security and excellent flexibility. These buildings are perfectly suited to a range of uses and industries including the education sector, pharmaceuticals, retail or major construction projects.

The anti-vandal modular sectional buildings are designed with efficient installation in mind and equipped with innovative features to allow quick set up and flexible layouts. Internal layouts can be tailored to meet your requirements with configurations available such as open plan offices, canteens and kitchens, drying rooms, meeting rooms, storage areas, toilets and showers.

Buildings come in 9m x 2.9m modules and can be extended to 3 storeys high. Security features include high security doors and heavy-duty window shutters are available.

Building regulation EPC ratings are achievable depending on the layout with key energy saving features such as high insulation levels, T5 lighting, double glazed windows and efficient timed heaters throughout.
