At KDM Hire, milestones matter—especially when they involve the incredible people who help drive our business forward. This week, we’re proud to celebrate a very special occasion as our General Manager, Andy, marks 30 years of dedicated service with the company.
A Journey Built on Commitment and Leadership
Andy joined KDM Hire three decades ago, back when the company itself was still in its early stages. Over the years, he has played a vital role in helping shape the business into what it is today—one of the leading equipment rental providers in Ireland and Northern Ireland. His progression from the ground up reflects not just his experience, but also the commitment, resilience, and leadership he’s brought to the table every single day.
Those who’ve had the pleasure of working with Andy will know that he’s the type of leader who leads by example. Calm under pressure and always ready to roll up his sleeves, Andy has been a key figure behind the scenes, ensuring operations run smoothly, customers receive exceptional service, and our team continues to grow and develop.
A Well-Deserved Celebration of 30 Years
Reaching the 30-year mark is a rare achievement in any industry—and one that certainly deserves recognition. While Andy may not have been thrilled to be in front of the camera (he prefers to keep things low-key), he was more than happy to enjoy a slice of celebratory cake with the team. And we’re pretty sure we even caught a smile!
The celebration wasn’t just about cake and cameras—it was a heartfelt thank-you from everyone at KDM Hire for three decades of loyalty, hard work, and expertise. Andy’s contributions have left a lasting impression across every part of the business, and we’re immensely grateful to have him on our team.
Thank You, Andy
On behalf of the entire team at KDM Hire, thank you, Andy, for your 30 years of exceptional service. You’ve helped shape the success of this company in ways that can’t be measured, and we’re lucky to have had you on the journey with us.
Here’s to more milestones ahead—and maybe even another slice of cake!
