We are seeking a results-driven, highly organised and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting our full range of equipment rental solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and target potential customers within the construction, events, and industrial sectors from our extensive portfolio of equipment specialising in Powered Access, Lifting Equipment, Forklifts, Generators, Welfare and Cabin Hire.
- With the support of the Sales Director develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximise revenue.
- Conduct site visits and consultations to understand clients’ requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the depot manager and other departments to ensure seamless customer service and project execution.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using our CRM system.
What you’ll need:
- Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of hire equipment in our industry and their applications would be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Hours of work: Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm & Friday 8am – 4pm
Location: Munster Region, Ireland (Based from our New Depot in Watergrasshill, Cork)
Salary: €45,000 per annum + DOE
