Plant Mechanic

We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our Service department within our well-established and growing equipment rental Company and require an experience Mechanic to carry out repairs and service work on a wide range of heavy plant and machinery. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a varied role which offers training, development and technical challenges.

What you’ll do:

· Maintenance and repair on plant and equipment.

· Technical support to customers.

· Fault diagnosis.

· On-site servicing.

· High level of customer service.

What you’ll need:

· Previous experience in the repair of plant and equipment.

· Good all round mechanical skills.

· Experience of working on diesel engines.

· Full driving licence.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Able to work as part of a team.

· Knowledge of electrics, electronics and hydraulics would be advantageous.

Hours of work: 7.30am – 5pm, Monday – Friday and Saturdays on a rotational basis from 7.45am – 12.30pm.

Location: Head Office, Cookstown

Salary: £32,000 + DOE
