- Lead and motivate teams across two sites, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee all commercial aspects, monitoring expenditure and managing waste.
- Ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), taking action as necessary.
- Collaborate with departments across the Group, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Manage onboarding and training of new staff, including probation processes.
- Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards.
- Minimum 8 years of recent management experience within the manufacturing, construction or engineering industry.
- At least 2 years of senior management experience overseeing supervisors or managers.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and manage time effectively.
- Full, clean driver’s licence.
